Who the Survey Is For
This survey is intended for:
- UW students
- Faculty
- Researchers
- Staff
UWIT staff and UW Medicine staff are not included in this survey.
Eligible participants will receive an email invitation and reminder during the survey period. Respondents sign in using their UW NetID, and all responses are anonymous.

If you are a current UW student, faculty member, researcher, or staff member (excluding UWIT and UW Medicine staff), we encourage you to participate before the survey closes on May 8. The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and your responses directly inform UWIT planning and decision-making.
