The Document Management service, powered by DocFinity, supports records retention compliance and disposition policies, security and access control, and long-term online storage of UW business records. Microsoft Teams Phone

UW-IT can facilitate new or moving existing campus phone numbers (numbers that start with 221, 352, 543, 616, 685, 692, or 897) into the Microsoft Teams environment. This innovative service integrates the on-premise Avaya system seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, a robust cloud-based platform that revolutionizes communication by merging voice calls, video conferencing, and instant messaging into a single, cohesive system. It’s grounded in the Bing search index to provide responses with the most current information and verifiable citations for transparency.

The UW Enterprise license for Overleaf is purchased and provided to all current UW staff, faculty and students by a cooperative effort of the UW College of Arts and Sciences, Paul G. Qualtrics

UW Qualtrics is an online data collection tool licensed by the University of Washington for use in academic-related research and administrative projects. UW Qualtrics grants access to Qualtrics Core XM features, allows users to create and administer surveys and web forms and provides quantitative analysis and reporting on the collected data.
