Additional IT services are offered by UWIT on a self-sustaining basis (at an additional fee). FY 2026 rates for these services were approved by UW Management Accounting & Analysis (MAA).
Important notice about FY 2026 Rates:
UWIT’s FY 2026 rate proposal has been approved and will be in effect from Oct. 1, 2025, to Sept. 30, 2026. Overall, most rates have received a 3% increase from FY 2025, with a few exceptions (i.e. Software Licensing, Hourly Labor Rates).

Refund Policy
UW Information Technology (UWIT) strives for accuracy in billing but recognizes that discrepancies may occur. At a customer’s request, UWIT will review a charge when notified within 90 days of the charge appearing in Workday. If it is determined that the charge was made in error by UWIT, a reverse charge will be issued to refund the customer. Request a refund.
