Automated Invoice Processing
Workday now uses AI to streamline invoice management for the UW Academy. With Optical Character Recognition (OCR), email ingestion, and machine learning, the system automates the handling of healthcare-related invoices not supported by standard electronic processing. This solution reflects UW-IT’s focus on reducing administrative burden and delivering operational excellence.
Workday Conversational Reporting (Pilot)
This experimental feature brings AI-powered natural language search to Workday. Ask a question in plain English and get an answer in text, tables, or visualizations right within your reports. Currently available to the Workday testing team, this pilot reflects our commitment to innovation and Trusted Solutions in enterprise systems.
