Announcement: Launch of the New SpaceDataStore Database in EDW
A new database SpaceDataStore is introducing the initial set of Space Data views, which are obtained from FM Systems, the space management system of record. The Space Data Store is a comprehensive relational database designed to support spatial analysis, facilities management, strategic planning and indirect cost recovery. HR Hierarchy data now in UWODS
Introducing HR Hierarchy Historically, UW relied on financial org code (fin org) for HR reporting. With the introduction of Workday Finance, fin org was retired and a replacement was needed to support HR reporting going forward. A new HR Hierarchy structure that more accurately represents HR relationships was introduced to Workday. To learn more about the new HR Hierarchy, refer to https://hr.uw.edu/hrbais/hrhierarchy/.
