Announcement: Launch of the New RAD2 Database in EDW

HR Hierarchy data now in UWODS
Introducing HR Hierarchy Historically, UW relied on financial org code (fin org) for HR reporting. With the introduction of Workday Finance, fin org was retired and a replacement was needed to support HR reporting going forward.
