DMS (DocFinity) Version 12.5.5 Upgrade PROD Released on October 20, 2024
Document Management System (DMS) released DocFinity v12.5.5 upgrade on October 20, 2024. This upgrade includes better support for multilingual characters (Unicode), allowing us to handle non-Latin document characters in documents. To learn more, please review the details in Release Notes.

DMS (DocFinity) Version 12.4 Upgrade PROD Released on April 07, 2024
Document Management System (DMS) released DocFinity v12.4 upgrade on April 7, 2024. This upgrade includes the following: New Feature - Bulk Reindexing Bulk Reindex allows you to reindex multiple documents at once with the same values. Bulk reindex is only available when selecting multiple documents with the same document type. The Re-Index button is available on the Results panel. Document Management System (DMS) released DocFinity v12.3 upgrade on June 21, 2023. New Features: DocFinity has added a new Document Viewer in addition to the existing Markup Viewer The new Document Viewer is accessible via the "Document View" button or by changing default viewer in Preferences > Document View Document Viewer is not a default and user needs to selected that option. The new Document Viewer displays now supports all file types that can be rendered natively by the web browser (PDF, text, audio files, video files and more).
