UW Qualtrics is an online data collection tool licensed by the University of Washington for use in academic-related research and administrative projects. UW Qualtrics grants access to Qualtrics Core XM features, allows users to create and administer surveys and web forms and provides quantitative analysis and reporting on the collected data.

How to Get Qualtrics

UW faculty, staff, and current students can access Qualtrics, but access must be provided through a UW Qualtrics division.Follow these steps to get access:

Step 1: Check for an Existing Qualtrics Division (Required)

Most departments already have a division relevant to your need , Check Existing UW Qualtrics Divisions

If you find a relevant division, contact the listed administrator to request access.

Do not skip this step. Submitting a request without checking if a division exists  may lead to delays in fulfilling your access request.

Step 2: Request a New Division (If Needed)

Only complete this step if no existing division meets your needs.
